The Lough Neagh Irish Moiled Cattle group was formed in 2020 with the aim of creating a supply chain to make this unique indigenous beef available locally.  Group members are comprised of farmers and local experts within 10 miles of Lough Neagh.

The group believes that there is a strong need to make people aware of the positive impacts of farming the Irish Moiled cattle on the shores of Lough Neagh, and that this native breed is a premium beef product to be enjoyed locally.
